Yardım New Mount system from proto problem

Hello i have a problem with implementing the new official item_proto based mount system that supposedly gets the mount value from APPLY_MOUNT, i extracted it from some well known files but nothing is working ingame for some reason... so if anyone happens to have mount system with APPLY_MOUNT can we get in touch and help me solve it please? i am willing to compensate you for your time . Thank you!
