enes bey belirttiğinizi kurudum yine aynı problem bilgisayara format atmadan önce hiç bir sıkıntı yoktu formattan sonra oldu ne olduysa net fremwork'de kurudm çözülmedi sorun.
bunun 32 si yokki onu nerden buldunda kurdun, 64 ve 86 yı kur sonrada bilgisayarı yeniden başlat.
yaptım hocam ikisinide indirip kurdum linkteki ama sorun hala aynı.
